“In my view, Alicia has three main strengths: 1) her proficiency in Strategic Planning; 2) her ability to reach goals (Execution), and 3) her strong leadership on Couching, Mentoring and Building Teams.  But most important – based on her strong technical and professional background – Alicia is a “high-tech, soft-touch person oriented to enhance Productivity and Business Innovation in both – non-profits and profit organizations.”

“Alicia is remarkable woman who possesses unique gifts and talents. A former engineer, Alicia has changed sectors in order to share her passion for STEM and education, bringing real world experience to the nonprofit sector. Alicia is a rare combination of heart and systems thinking which allows her to break down difficult concepts to youth.  Alicia is a leader among her peers and I highly recommend her for a leadership role.  I’m honored to work which such exceptional talent.”
