Alicia Morgan is a speaker who elicits audience engagement through her speeches.
She is able to bring both her own history of working in an engineering industry, the learning that she has gained from both what she experienced and what she could have done to mitigate the challenges of being a woman in STEM. Her central strength is acceptance of all. She is able to let an audience reflect, through her talk. On their own journey, then just when they find their fallacies, she offers a path forward.

Alicia helped my class at Collin College understand the critical thinking skills necessary to be a good follower. As most of us know everyone is a follower; however, she reminded us that everyone is the “CEO” of their own careers. My leadership class appreciated her clear message. I will look to invite Alicia back to Collin College as a guest lecturer in the future.

Alicia has been an invaluable asset to our team. Her contribution to the planning and implementation of our 2017 STEAM+ Arts Integration conference in Washington, DC, was significant. She demonstrated keen leadership, communication, organizational and educational skills. Her background in STEM, and growing engagement in the arts as Global Arts Education Fellow proved to be most beneficial to our endeavors. She is an incredible and inspiring speaker, and she has my highest respect and recommendation.
